Yes, we offer customized designs and products tailored to meet the specific functional and aesthetic needs of each client. Our rigorous product testing and prototyping processes ensure quality, while our design team provides insights on the benefits and potential drawbacks of new solutions, with lead times varying based on the solutions offered.

Our material delivery lead times are 90 days for engineered materials, lacquers, veneers, and solid wood. Lead times begin from the date of design sign-off and receipt of the production amount, whichever is later.  Please note that festive periods may affect delivery timings.

Our quotes are generated using specialized software based on selected modules during the design phase and specific site conditions. We focus on a modular pricing approach rather than a standard square footage cost, ensuring tailored solutions for every project.

Our pricing reflects the premium quality of our kitchens and wardrobes, utilizing high-grade materials and bespoke designs. We deliver preassembled products akin to international luxury brands, backed by a 10-year limited warranty, ensuring exceptional value and craftsmanship.

Our payment terms are structured for clarity and convenience: 

a 20% advance secures your project, followed by

balance 50% payment to initiate production, and the remaining

30% is due before the dispatch of materials (ex-works).

All goods are dispatched only after receipt of full payment.

All advances paid are non-refundable. 

In the event of order cancellation, the advance will be forfeited. This policy ensures commitment and allows us to maintain the high standards and quality of service we provide to all our clients.
